BetRepublic Privacy Policy for Accounts, Payments and Site Use

Your privacy record connects account identity, payments, verification and communication choices under one documented policy.

Effective Date: August 2, 2026 Last Updated: August 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain and protect personal data when you visit BetRepublic, create an account, use casino or sportsbook services, contact support, make a payment, complete verification or manage responsible-gambling settings. It also explains the choices and rights available to you.

1. Who controls your personal data

BetRepublic determines how personal data connected with the site and player accounts is processed. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected]. Written correspondence may be addressed to 747 Star House, 7th Floor, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

2. Data covered by this policy

We can process:

  • identity and contact data, including name, date of birth, address, email and telephone number;
  • account credentials, authentication records and security settings;
  • payment and transaction data, such as method, amount, currency, wallet address, bank reference and withdrawal history;
  • verification data, including identity documents, proof of address, payment ownership and source-of-funds evidence;
  • play data, including games, bets, stakes, wins, losses, bonus use, session timing and responsible-gambling requests;
  • technical data, including IP address, device, browser, operating system, language, time zone, cookies and log records;
  • communication data from live chat, email, complaints and surveys;
  • marketing choices, campaign interactions and affiliate attribution.

We do not need your card security code or cryptocurrency seed phrase. Do not send either through support.

3. Why we process data

We use personal data to create and secure accounts, verify age and identity, process deposits and withdrawals, provide games and betting markets, calculate bonuses, prevent fraud, investigate chargebacks, meet anti-money-laundering duties, operate responsible-gambling controls, respond to support cases and comply with lawful requests.

We also use data to maintain site performance, diagnose faults, measure promotion use, improve navigation and communicate service or marketing messages according to your settings.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing can rely on performance of our agreement with you, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service operation, and consent for optional cookies or direct marketing. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already completed lawfully.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies, local storage and comparable identifiers keep you signed in, remember language and currency, protect forms, measure performance and attribute referrals. Categories can include strictly necessary, functional, analytics and marketing cookies. Optional categories can be controlled through the consent interface or browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent account and cashier functions from working correctly.

6. Sharing data with service providers

We can share only the data required with hosting and security providers, payment processors, banks, wallet services, identity-verification vendors, game and sportsbook suppliers, customer-support systems, analytics providers, fraud-prevention services, professional advisers and regulators or authorities acting under lawful powers.

Providers must process data under contractual and security obligations. They may also act as independent controllers for their own legal duties, particularly banks, payment processors and verification services.

7. International transfers

Our service providers and technical systems can operate in different countries. Where personal data crosses borders, we use contractual protections, recognised transfer mechanisms or other safeguards required by applicable privacy law.

8. Retention periods

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, account administration, legal obligations, anti-fraud controls, dispute handling and regulatory records. Identity, transaction and responsible-gambling records can be retained after account closure where law, security or limitation periods require it. Data is deleted or anonymised when those purposes end.

9. Security controls

We use encrypted connections, access controls, account monitoring, authentication, logging, secure hosting, fraud screening and internal handling procedures. No network is risk-free. Protect your password, device and email account, and contact support immediately if you notice unfamiliar activity.

10. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may withdraw consent, opt out of marketing and complain to the relevant data-protection authority. We can ask for identity confirmation before releasing or changing account data.

Requests should identify the account and the right being exercised. We respond within the legal period and explain any lawful reason that limits the request.

11. Marketing preferences

Promotional email, SMS and push messages can be controlled through the account, message unsubscribe link or support. Service and security notices may still be sent because they concern the operation or protection of your account.

12. Age and children’s data

BetRepublic is for adults who meet the legal gambling age. We can verify age and close an account that fails eligibility checks. Parents and guardians should use device and network controls to prevent access by minors.

13. Third-party links

External payment, support and information sites apply their own privacy notices. Review those notices before submitting personal data outside BetRepublic.

14. Policy changes

We can update this policy when services, law or processing practices change. The date at the top shows the current revision. Material changes may also be communicated through the site or your registered contact channel.

15. Privacy contact

Email privacy and data-rights requests to [email protected]. Include your registered email, the nature of the request and the country connected with your account. Do not attach identity documents until we provide a secure route.
